Changing or refining your career at any stage of life can be a challenging and daunting prospect. Our career coaching program is designed to help you say ‘goodbye’ to imposter syndrome and ‘hello’ your career renaissance. We dig into what drives you. Helping you understand yourself better, and most importantly, build trust in yourself to step into your next career stage confidently and competently.
The program is ideal for those who are
- Transitioning career voluntarily or involuntarily and not knowing where to start.
- Looking to develop yourself in your current career.
- Applying for a new role and seeking support through the selection process.
- At cross-roads in your current career and unsure where to go next.
This program includes
- A 30 minute introductory meeting with the coachee to discuss the goals and expectations of the coaching program.
- A Hogans Personality Profile to develop a deeper understanding of your personality preferences and motivators.
- A 60 minute debrief on your Hogans profile including a written summary for your records.
- 3 x individual 1 hour coaching sessions to develop your capability to achieve your career goals.
- Up to 2 hours of research and document reviews relating to job search materials, job advertisements and position information and/or tailored information to enhance the career development program.
