A 30 minute introductory meeting with the organisational sponsor to discuss the needs of the coachee.
A 30 minute introductory meeting with the coachee to discuss their needs and expectations of the coaching program.
A 45 minute outcome focused meeting between coach, coachee and sponsor at the start and end of the program.
Your choice of a Hogans Personality Profile OR the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey to assess specific areas of focus to include in your coaching program.
A 1 hour debrief session on the results of the selected tool.
5 x individual 1 hour coaching sessions conducted at an agreed cadence to maximise effectiveness.
Access to resources specifically selected to complement coachee learning and growth throughout the program.
